VINTAGE SCHOOL GYM BENCH

The 'school bench' is not only great to look at but also super practical. 10 original hooks with numbers to either side to hang your hats, coats and bags, under bench storage for shoes, bags, books - whatever you fancy. Two useful benches made from solid Iroko wood. The wire divider can also be used to fasten things too. Since taking this photo we’ve added Iroko wooden feet which makes it easier to fix to a floor or free standing. 

It shows signs of wear but that’s the character as expected but is a good solid piece with no damage. Likely made in the 1950s for a school cloakroom. 

A perfect addition to any home if space allows. Would make a great prop in a shop window, useful in a retail display or back in an original school setting.

Items can be collected in person by appointment from WF14 8NA. Viewing available at our concession in the Leeds Corn Exchange at Space Vintage. 

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can
make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or
personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.

In the event of any goods being damaged during delivery or not as ordered, please
