RETURNS

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. If you’d like to see more photos get in touch and we’ll send a short video clip.

14 DAY RETURNS

We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the event of any goods being damaged during delivery or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours by email at hello@statementfurniture.co.uk or text/phone call to 07825 090143 We will endeavour to rectify the problem and/or offer a refund or replacement if possible – as most items are one –offs a replacement may not be available.
