VINTAGE ALFRED DANIELS PRINT BIRNAM DUNKELD

Circa 1960s, print on board by Alfred Daniels depicts scenes of The Post Office, Birnam, Dunkeld Perthshire. After a few messages from local residents, we can confirm the Post Office is still there, although replaced by a more modern building.

Daniels painted in a whimsical style, the colours are muted primary shades. One of our kind followers said ‘Murthly Terrace and Perth Road, Birnam and the situation of this painting has not changed that much since the 1960's except there are more cars now and its busier.’

The print is in good vintage condition on a reasonable rigid board.

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can
make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or
personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.
