ANTIQUE FRENCH VICTORIAN CHILDS WIREWORK CHAIR

A pretty antique French Victoria wirework child’s chair. Of beautiful proportions, repeating patterns, hand made with a lovely rusted patina.

These chairs were often used in conservatories or gardens by toddlers. Pieces today are more seldom used for displaying a doll or teddy. Equally useful and beautiful when used as a plant stand.

It’s lightweight enough to be moved from room to room and also incredibly sturdy. As with any piece of age, expect a wonderful patina. There’s no broken parts and it’s not been painted, any original colour has rusted away to leave it a beautiful rusty colour throughout - making it truly original.

Collection and viewing is welcome from our Mirfield warehouse WF14 8NA or our concession in the Leeds Corn Exchange. 

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can
make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or
personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.

In the event of any goods being damaged during delivery or not as ordered, please

offer a refund or replacement if possible – as most items are one –offs a replacement may not be available.
