BRUTALIST 1970s BELGIUM OAK DINING TABLE & 4 CHAIRS

A striking solid, well constructed oak vintage brutalist dining set from the 1970s. 

The table appears round from a distance, but is made up of a number of sides - it sits on a chunky square cut column finished with 4 chunky round legs. Likely Belgian and very much in the style of De Puydt. 

The chairs are solid, striking in design and robust. The wood is a warm dark oak, the table top has been refinished. Each chair has had new foams and been reupholstered in a complimentary neutral fabric, making them comfy and practical. We chose Camira Main Line flax which is a blend of wool and plant based fibres. Main Line Flax is a sustainable fabric made from 75% wool and 25% flax - made here in West Yorkshire.

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can
make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or
personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.
