ANTIQUE WOVEN WILLOW TRUNK / BASKET

A delightful English antique rustic woven willow basket know as a travelling trunk. Features rope handles, steel latches, sled wooden legs and hide corners for extra protection.

It was lined with a waxed lining, this has been removed as it was quite tatty. The basket historical woodworm, which has been treated again. Expect signs of wear and use with a piece of this age! But it’s all character, all highlighted in our photographs.

Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can
make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or
personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.
