Delivery & Returns
We welcome collection from our workshop in Liversedge, WF15 6AR. We will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time to collect and give you directions.
We offer a free delivery service within a 10 mile radius of WF15 6AR, we will contact you to arrange. If you are outside of this area please contact us prior to purchase with your postcode and we will provide a custom delivery quote for the item/s. As a guide, delivery of larger items will cost £60 for most of the UK. This is a one-man doorstep delivery, if a two man service is required please contact us by email or phone to discuss. Additional costs may apply to the Highlands, Devon and those in London Congestion Areas.
Please check the measurements very carefully before buying, to ensure they will fit through your door. You are always welcome to come to the workshop to view your chosen item prior to purchase.
We aim to deliver your goods within 7-10 days. We will notify you if this is not possible. Our courier will contact you directly to arrange a mutually convenient time. You are advised to unwrap and check your goods upon delivery.
We are happy to deliver overseas but would ask that you contact us prior to purchasing to discuss.
For homewares and small items, we use Parcel Force or Royal Mail – you will be sent a tracking number where available. All items are plastic wrapped and then packaged appropriately to protect them. To keep costs down, your item may arrive in reused packaging/cardboard which is generally recyclable. If you are collecting an item yourself we will not wrap it unless requested.
Our stock is predominately vintage, antique, reclaimed or pre-loved thus not brand new. Our pieces show signs of wear commensurate with age and we highlight this in the descriptions. Please note colours can vary from screen to screen, we do recommend viewing where possible. Therefore all items are ‘sold as seen’. If you’d like to see more photos get in touch and we’ll send a short video clip.
We have every confidence in our products. Should the item not be suitable you can make a return by notifying us with 24 hours of delivery. You will receive a full refund once we have received the goods back – this does need to be within 14 days, goods must be in the same condition as received and you must also pay for and arrange the return. Refunds cannot be issued on any bespoke or personalised items unless they are deemed faulty.
In the event of any goods being damaged during delivery or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or text/phone call to 07825 090143 We will endeavour to rectify the problem and/or offer a refund or replacement if possible – as most items are one –offs a replacement may not be available.
