RARE DANISH MADE TEAK DYRLUND SIDEBOARD
Made by Dyrlund a Danish Maker this teak sideboard is hard to locate online - circa 1960s/1970s. Owned by a furniture dealer, who over the decades sold many examples of mid century and other periods of furniture from his store in Lancashire. It is likely to have been a short product run or made to order piece! So if you are looking for something almost unique then this is it!
Featuring three sliding doors which makes it super practical and easy to open. To the left hand section are two slide out drawers; one lined in original green baize felt. The other two cupboards have shelves which can be adjusted to suit. All doors slide both ways using the super cute square handles.
The top of the sideboard has been refinished and you will only find very slight signs of age related wear more to the interior, and on the very bottom of the legs but it is 60 years old and is a fine solid example - you certainly won't be disappointed and will fall in love when you see this piece in real life. See photos or arrange a viewing.
We also have a matching glazed bookcase by the same maker in the same finish.
